I did not expect to have such a personal connection with them, but I did. I strongly believe that complementary personalities are very important, but I did not expect that a business transaction would turn into Edward & Sun being family! It's funny we don't usually talk to a stranger but when we started talking to Mr. Edward, it felt good. We just felt so comfortable talking to him. We showed up to his open house and met Sun, who was really nice and accommodating. They're great business partners. They balance each other. The rest is history, we purchased our home unexpectedly but we'll worth it. They found us the perfect house with everything on our wish list. The transition was very smooth and stress free. I was referred to Sun and Edward and I'm very happy I got such reliable and experienced agents that I could trust. I sold a condo in Alhambra and did 1031 exchange to buy a home. The whole process went seamlessly right after another and I was able to close both within a month. As a long time real estate investor and property manager, I found their service very refreshing and professional.
